"An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward. When life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means it's going to launch you into something great. So just focus, and keep aiming." --Unknown.
My name is Sylvia-Michelle Hostetter, better known as Meesh or Shelf, and I am both a full-time library employee and a full-time college student. In my spare time I write about various things that come to my mind, different media types (books, movies, video games, etc.), my addiction to nail polish, events in the world, and other topics that interest me.
I am very into social media and the benefits it can provide to users looking to make a name for themselves. I have been known to go on for ages about how great this social media platform is and what this other one can do for a person, business, or cause.
Like most people, I've had both good and terrible times in my life and have found that the best way for me to work through these times is to write about it. Writing is a way to organize my thoughts and helps me move forward, past the toughest of trials, and through to a new day.
My goal with this blog is to share my thoughts with others in the hope that I can help another person who may be dealing with something similar.
